Energy Energy Launches New Corporate Identity and Site for Thoits Insurance
Site Enables Thoits to Achieve Key Corporate Goals
LOS GATOS, California, November 9, 2009 – Energy Energy Design, a leading Bay Area design consultancy, today announced that it played a key role in enabling Thoits Insurance, a regional California employee-owned insurance brokerage, to accelerate its achievement of critical corporate goals. Thoits chose Energy’s Visual Branding Package to deliver a brand refresh, which was recently launched and has already delivered measurable business results.
Thoits chose to refresh its brand in conjunction with a move of its corporate headquarters to San Jose, California, the appointment of a new chief executive officer, and a new recruiting campaign to attract top insurance sales talent. The Energy Visual Branding Package included a new corporate identity, business system, web site, lead generation and landing page package, and print advertising. The new brand was accompanied by new messaging that emphasizes company’s unique employee-ownership structure and its commitment to its clients’ success. Since Thoits’ debut with its new look and feel, the firm has already filled two producer positions, increased its visibility in the greater San Jose area, and received media coverage.

The company’s new web site features a bold new logo, typography, and imagery, which deliver a strong impact in an industry traditionally known for its conservative image. Energy also developed a print ad template that the company is able to re-use with new content as needed.
